1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back to the address on your package unless authorized — doing so may delay processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at smartcarplayshop@gmail.com and we’ll help arrange it.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly, contact us immediately at smartcarplayshop@gmail.com with photos or video evidence.
We will issue a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
