1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States Special Offer 2-5 business days 

  • Canada, UK & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Asia & Middle East (including Pakistan): 10–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other Countries: 15–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or local postal services.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — please check our homepage or product pages for active offers.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 days, please contact us at smartcarplayshop@gmail.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local duties. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges upon delivery.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may still be able to update it before dispatch.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While most orders arrive on time, external factors such as customs, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally cause slower delivery.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.


8. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

If your item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated shipping times will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
